How to Enrol
Follow the 3 steps below to begin the enrolment process.
Step 2: Paperwork Request
Once you have completed your Application for Enrolment, please also have with you:
Must be the electronic version on MyGov, not the one in the purple book
If applicable
Such as a bill with your address on it
Please bring your forms to the school office or email them to Midvale.PS@education.wa.edu.au
Step 3: Final Documents
If your application is successful, you will be contacted to finalise any remaining documentation and information.
